Palette Knife This was a fun group activity on the first Tuesday in May and most of us had a go! Here are two examples Joy’s maggie with attitude and Kylie’s landscape, created using bits of cardboard as her palette knife!
Jon Lam 2 day workshop water effects
Day one challenged those of us unfamiliar with watercolours and their delicate possibilities and day 2 was filled with a huge range of work featuring reflections and semi abstracts. The group would love Jon to return next year.
Day 1 Glenys created figures in the rain & Sue , a rainy day at Flinders Street.
(sorry I didn’t take more pics of day 1) Day 2 semi abstracts and lots of reflections.
Thanks to Jon Lam for sharing his knowledge and for inspiring us to try something new!
