MASH Exhibition @ Swan Hill Regional Art Gallery:
“From Paddock to Plate”
Dates: 31 May – 28 July 2019
One artwork per person will be displayed.
Artworks to be delivered by 26 May (unless prior arrangements have been made with the gallery)
Artworks to be picked up 29 July to 2 August.
2019 Art days @ the motel March to June:
March 5th First Tuesday: Revival and Re-vamp. Bring along old works that need fixing and we will do a self help/critique session.
Painting days: 12th, 19th, 26th
April 2nd, First Tuesday: Paverpol sculpture
Day 1: preparation day, materials supplied.
Saturday 6th April Paverpol sculpture Day 2 completion of work.
Painting days: 9, 16, 23, 30
May 7th, First Tuesday: Pallette knife techniques (TBC)
Painting days: 14, 21, 28
June 4th, First Tuesday: 11am Gallery Visit to see our exhibition & optional lunch at Spoons (self funded)
Painting days: 11, 18, 25
Jon Lam workshop: Wet Streetscapes plus Boats & Water Effects
Date: Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May
Time: 9.30am to 4pm both days
Cost: $90 for members $110 non members
Venue: Swan Hill Neighbourhood House
Two days of exploration of water themes under the excellent instruction of Jon Lam. Jon’s versatility with various media and styles has won him first prize with his Acrylic, Oil and
Watercolour paintings. With more than 30 years of teaching experience, Jon enjoys exploring different styles in his work.
Artists may work in any water based medium.
Please bring your source images of wet streetscapes and water scenes plus materials such as paints, canvas, paper or boards. brushes, palettes, water containers etc.
Tea & Coffee, morning & arvo tea provided. BYO lunch.
